JellyBOX hot-end has a unique construction that combines the V6 Lite sink from E3D with a custom-made IMADE3D heat block. This setup utilizes a long heat zone, a 20mm nozzle (“volcano”), and Capricorn PTFE thermal insulation. The heat cartridge is rated for 12V/40W.

Nozzle Material Options

Nozzle Size and Application

  • 0.25 – 0.3 mm: Ideal for fine, detailed prints. These sizes are more prone to clogging and should be used with high-quality, non-filled filaments.
  • 0.4 – 0.6 mm: Suitable for most common prints, offering a good balance between resolution and print speed. These sizes are versatile and handle a wide range of 3D models effectively.
  • 0.8 – 1.0 mm: Best for large prints requiring minimal retraction. Prints are stronger but have lower resolution. Ideal for projects where speed and strength are prioritized over detail.
